By accepting these terms and conditions you agree to be considered as an employee of Pali Ltd for the purpose of dealing with the client and for the duration of the time involved in producing your report.

You will always refer to 'your company', 'the company' or your self as 'Pali' or 'Pali Ltd'. Any requests for quotations or estimates for further work must always be referred back to Pali, Ltd. Head office. You will not give the client your business card.

You must not give an indication of your hourly, daily, weekly, monthly or annual fees, charges or salary. You will dress appropriately and conduct yourself in a professional manner at all times. You will always maintain professional and public liability insurance sufficient to cover your risk and must include your own and your employees personal liability. If your turn over warrants it you will register for VAT. You will be responsible for your own NIC and Tax. Any vehicle used in the performance of your obligation to Pali, Ltd will be of road worthy condition, taxed and insured for business use with a current MOT as appropriate. You will ensure that the tools you use are suitable for purpose and fully calibrated and accurate. Any other personnel used or employed by you is automatically included in your acceptance of these terms and conditions and it is your responsibility to ensure they are educated, trained and experienced enough to perform the duties you allocate to them. If these terms are breached you will be removed from the list of approved surveyors and any outstanding fees will be withheld.

By registering with Locate Assessor.co.uk you agree to your details being passed to others who may be in a position to give you work. For our part we will not knowingly pass your details to parties who may use them for other reasons such as sales and marketing.
